  1. International Shipping via Forwarding Service
    We now offer international shipping through a reliable forwarding service. Items purchased will be delivered to your address overseas. To shop from outside Japan, please place your order through the forwarding service’s cart system.

  2. Additional Costs
    Please note that additional costs such as customs duties, shipping fees, and handling charges may apply. These fees are not included in the product prices and will need to be covered separately.

  3. Exclusions and Restrictions

    • Certain custom services, including diamond color orders, engravings, and other personalization options, are not available for international purchases.
    • Free ring resizing services are also not applicable for orders shipped outside Japan.
  4. Customer service 

     

    We always strive to improve customer purchasing conveniency, therefore we introduce you the "Buyee Connect", a platform that connect overseas customers to access our services.

    When accessing from overseas, the page will display an order cart that is specifically for overseas users.
